国际交流处是学校对外合作与交流的职能部门，负责贯彻党和政府的外事工作方针、政策，是学校与国外高校和教育机构开展合作交流活动的联络、组织和国际化工作的执行部门。

学校先后与美国、英国、德国、澳大利亚、新西兰、马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国、白俄罗斯等国家和地区的15所高校和机构建立联系，与英国提赛德斯大学、马来西亚沙巴大学、英迪大学、世纪大学、泰国经贸大学、菲律宾永恒大学、德国GfM集团等高校和教育机构签署了合作协议。定期邀请国外相关领域专家来校参加交流研讨会，借鉴国外先进的教育理念和经验，促进学校国际化的建设和发展。

外事处下设留学服务中心及马来西亚、泰国海外联络办公室，为在校师生提供留学、研学相关的咨询服务，提供双元制、3+1、1+3等国际升学项目，并选派优秀师生赴国外合作院校交流和学习，培养具有国际视野和竞争力的国际化人才。

International Exchange Office is the functional office of the University for foreign cooperation and exchanges, responsible for implementing the foreign affairs work guidelines and policies of the Party and the government, and is the liaison, organization and internationalization executive department for the cooperation and exchange activities between the University and foreign universities and educational institutions.

The department has built cooperation relationships with over 15 universities and institutions located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Belarus and other countries and regions and signed cooperation agreements with Teessides University, University Malaysia Sabah, INTI University, SEGi University, Metharath University, University of Perpetual Help System, and Germany GfM Group and other universities and educational institutions. We regularly invite foreign experts in related fields to participate in exchange seminars, learn from foreign advanced education concepts and experience, and promote the construction and development of the internationalization of the school.

Under International Exchange Office, there are Overseas Study Service Center, Liaison Offices in Malaysia and Thailand. We provide consulting services related to study abroad and research for teachers and students, provide dual system, 3 + 1, 1 + 3 and other international admission programs, and select excellent teachers and students to exchange and study in foreign partner universities to cultivate international talents with international vision and competitiveness.
